Lots of institutions we are working with are talking about the pressure to generate income from delivering flexible and market driven Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Uncertainty in the undergraduate market and further funding cuts are adding to this pressure. But what does flexible and market driven mean and do employers or institutions fully appreciate the reality of working together over the theoretical benefits talked about?
