We’ll either take a brief over the phone or come and see you to fully understand your objectives and criteria. The atmosphere and surroundings of your venue can really make or break your event. Which is why we’ll take the time to check out a number of venues within your budget, considering everything from location and guest numbers to the facilities, ambience, transport links and accessibility.

Event Administration

We can provide a seamless administrative process for your event from start to finish. This can involve everything from printing invitations and posters to publicising the event, organising speaker invitations, designing the event website and taking care of registration.

Delegate Management

Our online delegate management system offers a fully interactive way to communicate with your delegates. We begin by creating a bespoke website where delegates can access general information, register online and choose which workshops, speaker sessions and social activities they want to attend. So, you’ve got up-to-date information at your fingertips. Our software can even produce reports, registration sheets and invoices to be sent to delegates.

Accommodation, Travel Search & Management

First impressions count. Which is why you want your delegates to set off on the right foot and arrive fresh and full of enthusiasm. You definitely don’t want them getting lost and arriving late and flustered. So, let us take the hassle out of the travel by organising group train travel, luxury coaches from your offices or shuttle coaches from airports and stations. It’s amazing what huge savings can be made by pre-booking group train travel.

When it comes to accommodation, it’s not ideal to have your delegates staying here, there and everywhere. So, let us organise the accommodation and keep your delegates together so they can network, socialise and travel together. They can book their accommodation online and we’ll manage all the administration with the hotels. Invoices can go to you if you want. Or delegates can pay their own room bills on departure.

On-site Event Support

Don’t worry, we won’t leave you on your own at the event. After all, we want to see the results of months of planning. We’ll be on-hand to assist with any last minute changes and to ensure you’re happy with everything. We can even provide a full support team, if that’s what you want. Our people can register delegates, manage help points or just generally fetch and carry.

Audio Visual & Production

You may just need a laptop and projector for your presentation. Or you may be looking to add a bit of razzmatazz with a full stage, lighting and special effects. Whatever you want, we’ll work with our AV partners to provide a full on-site production service.

Entertainment & Guest Speakers

It's good to mix business with pleasure. The right guest speakers can inspire your guests whilst the right entertainers can have them laughing in the aisles or dancing their socks off. We'll look after everything within your budget so that the entertainment is suitable and enjoyable for all of your guests.

Working with our award-winning creative team, we can produce innovative and attention-grabbing designs across a range of print material from delegate mailers and conference programmes to posters, signage and menus.

Exhibition & Sponsorship Sales/Exhibition Management

Many events need sponsorship. And we’ve tried and tested experience of working with clients to make this happen.

There’s also a good possibility that your conference will run hand-in-hand with an exhibition. Fortunately, we’ve vast experience of managing exhibitors and exhibition space. We fully understand Health & Safety guidelines and have the expertise to ensure that your exhibition is as successful as the conference itself.

Post Event Evaluation

The event’s over. You can take the weight off your feet. You can relax at last. And you immediately start to think of next year’s event. What went well? What didn’t go as well? And what have you learnt? It’s essential that you evaluate your event and your hard work. So, we’ll work with you to design a post event evaluation process that will enable you to measure the success of your event using an online questionnaire.
